The Jackalope} is a symbol for artists who are interested in the furthering of interdisciplinary art making. We are creative individuals bound by a philosophy of artistic practice that is not defined by materials, but by ideas; artists who are unencumbered by tradition and whose work is limited only by their own resourcefulness. We wish to define what it is to be an artist in the age of accessibility through the sharing and exploitation of information and ideas. We are a community of problem solvers, engaged in a dialog that is concerned with the establishment of hybridity as the new artistic vernacular.
